Description:
Golf in Las Hortensias
The golf course of Las Hortensias Golf Club, built 1350 metres above the sea level, gives people the feeling that they are playing in Scotland. Deep bunkers and natural obstacle feature this layout, nestled among the Calchaqui Mountains, the province´s most distinctive symbol. Fairways are open and marked by hydrangea bushes that flood the course with their color and smell. Furthermore, the greens are often hidden behind the slopes of the land. As the course is placed over a hill, it has a temperature that is nearly always ten degrees below ground temperature. Therefore, this place is an agreeable shelter to practice golf and enjoy an incredible natural landscape during the hot summer in Tucumán.
