Description:
Golf in La Maroma
The course is divided by a brook where cascades and lakes were made to help
embellish an already fantastic natural course design. Along the course, golfers
can find lots of ducks, foxes and geese that carelessly walk around the place.
The vegetation features native species such as tipu trees, pepper trees and
hackberries. The course field, located in the Department of Chicuana, near fifty
kilometers away from downtown Salta, on the road leading to the Calchaquies
Valleys, represents a true joy for the visitor´s senses. The touching view to
the 12000 hectare Cabra Corral lake, together with the Pre-cordilleran majesty,
adorn this 7220 yards long magnificent course. The Club de Campo La Maroma is a
place to enjoy from the 1st to the 18th hole tee; a golf circuit full of nature
.
